    "How to make a DIY hand sanitizer spray recipe at home. This is an easy recipe that takes about 5 minutes to make. You'll need 91 or 99 percent rubbing alcohol or a 190 proof alcohol, aloe vera gel, and essential oils. I also added argan oil to moisturize the hands. If you use the same alcohol, this has over 60 percent alcohol, which is what is recommended to kill germs. Use when you can't use soap and water to wash."
