"A plastic, reusable container is a better choice. This project does not seal out air that can cause a sandwich to dry out depending on where itn is stored. A wash reuse container like Tupperware and others have is a mu87ch better choice in terms of environmental waste as well as the time it takes to make this project."

"I have made several headboards as well as redoing one from a thrift store. My biggest challenge was making a bookcase headboard. Couldn't afford the $900 prices from a furniture store so I laid out the measurements on graph paper and calculated sizes. Used 1 sheet of birch plywood to build it using glue and dowels to assemble with an occasional brad nail. I finished the edges of the 3/4" ply with the iron-on finishing tape. Learned a few things I would do differently if I make another on. Have used it for over 30 years and it still works. I have done lots of padded headboards for family and friends as well as other home decor projects since I love to sew and work with fabric."

"How to crochet a whimsical pumpkin coaster that is perfect for Fall decorating or on the Thanksgiving table under some Pumpkin Spice coffee. You'll need 20 yards of worsted weight cotton yarn per coaster - I used WeCrochet Dishie for mine, but Lily Sugar n Cream, Bernat Handicrafter and Red Heart Smoothie are good alternatives. If you are only making a coaster that will house a cold or hot beverage, you can use acrylic as an alternative (like Red Heart Super Saver) with an I9/5.5mm hook - just do not put anything fresh from the oven on the acrylic coaster, or you will melt the fibers and risk burning yourself. I was able to work up one coaster in just over 15 minutes."
