Slow Cooker Turkey Soup With Rice

"Great way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or another holiday! Use your slow cooker to make turkey soup with rice. This hearty soup is simple to make and tasty to eat. You will need cooked turkey, carrots, celery, rubbed sage, salt, pepper, turkey broth, and some long grain rice. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. For thick broth, add the rice with the other ingredients. For a soup-ier broth, wait and add it the last 30 minutes of slow cooking."
