This is such a nice centerpiece idea. I think it would also be a really nice pick me up decoration to take to someone who is in the hospital. My mother spent weeks in hospital rooms last year and this would have been a colorful and seasonal touch on her bedside table or the ledge in the window area of the room. The base and the jar itself would not take up a lot f space while the actual dcor would brighten an otherwise stark room!
