"A grown-up dessert that has everything you could want to delight your tastebuds! Fruit, cheese, and granola come together in delicious harmony to create the perfect parfait! With the addition of the Grand Marinier, it's the happy hour of desserts! This fruit compote can be used on pancakes or waffles or any other dessert or dish you can think of. It would even be delicious on ice cream as a topping. The possibilities are endless!"
Serves2 This can be divided again to make 4 smaller parfaits.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 3 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- 1 ounce Grand Marnier Strawberry Brine
- 2 ounces Berry Compote
- 2 ounces Fresh made Quinoa granola
- 1 cup Strawberies
- 1 ounce Grand Marnier
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup Blackberries
