I remember an old honey glazed pork loin recipe that I tried once and it was as easy as this one. The marinading part is the easy step, after marinading it gets even easier. This dish would go well served with a side of marshes potatoes and some fried vegetables. It's a meal meant to be enjoyed with lots of other people.
