Those look absolutely yummy. Make sure to do the prep work of having the meat slow cooked and ready to go before trying to throw this together in a hurry. I am printing this recipe right now and plan on freezing the pork until we need a quick meal or a fast lunch. But, of course, I am gonna make myself a few before the rest hits the freezer.
